How we review
Each review shows the product and readable label photographs. We explain ingredients, serving sizes, allergens and directions where relevant. For an ingredient such as sodium or a preservative, we check reliable sources and consider the amount, normal use and possible effects of excess.
An ingredient’s presence alone does not prove that a product caused someone’s symptoms. We separate label claims from evidence, explain what remains uncertain and treat businesses fairly.
